Clear Ascent currently serves families in the United States. Our website, marketing, and forms are directed to parents, legal guardians, and other adults, not children.

We may edit or deidentify the testimonial and use a general description such as “Parent of a fifth-grade student.” We do not intend to publish a child’s name, image, voice, schoolwork, or identifiable assessment results without appropriate additional authorization.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our general website, marketing, and forms are intended for adults. Parents and legal guardians may provide information about their children, but children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through our general website or parent-facing forms.

As of this Privacy Policy’s effective date, Clear Ascent does not offer an online child assessment through the general website that directly collects personal information from children under 13. Before introducing such an assessment, Clear Ascent will provide any required children’s privacy notice and direct parent notice, obtain verifiable parental consent where required, and provide applicable parental review and deletion procedures. A supplemental children’s privacy notice may apply to that assessment.
